I was just diagnosed as a prediabetic and was wondering how many people out there are losing weight doing Jenny Craig. What JC foods are you eating? I am going to a carb counting class next month so I can get a better grasp on the whole thing. My A1C is 6.1 which makes me borderline and I was very surprised when I found that out but it is best that I found out now and get a handle on it. My weight fluctuates between one or 2 lbs during my weigh ins. I work out alot everyday and still cannot even lose weight or inches.
Any information you can give will be greatly appreciate. I am hoping to keep this thread going if all possible. I am very surprised that there was not a section for diabetics.
