The meal planner says I should have the JC mac and cheese then in lighter print it says 1/2 cup vegetables. The mac and cheese has green beans in the pkg also. My question is do I add an additional 1/2 c cup vegies or just eat the included green beans?

SORRY YOU DIDN'T GET A RESPONSE SOONER !! I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE, BUT I DO BELIEVE THAT YOU SHOULD EAT THE ADDITIONAL 1/2 CUP OF VEGETABLES BECAUSE VEGETABLES HELP US VOLUMIZE..

JUST TO MAKE SURE, CHECK OUT THESE FORUMS..."FOOD AND DINING OUT" = ASK THE DIETICIAN OR "HEART AND SOUL" = ADVICE NEEDED OR "JENNY CRAIG FEEDBACK" = MENU PLANNER FEEDBACK & QUESTIONS. THEY ARE ALL FOUND IN THE COMMUNITY FORUM SECTION...JUST KEEP SCROLLING DOWN THE PAGE.

Hi! On the meal planner the all of JC meals are in blue, the red ones you add! Good Luck! I'm a newbie too!
