I just started the program and am having an issue with the Tomato Florentine Volumizer soup. I seem to be having a reaction to something in it that basically results in a hot flash and flushed skin. It made me feel aweful after eating it and I don't want to eat it anymore. Can I return the soup to the center for a refund or exchange?

every center is different, and they can't refund I dont' think but I know my center will replace at no cost, can't hurt to ask them. you also may want to post on the 'ask the dietician' regarding the ingredients found in that soup so you can avoid any other foods with it.

What you want to do is take back any you have left. If you don't have any left then take the empty package back. They use that to track quality control and stuff. Your center should have no problem giving you a credit for that item. Good luck

My center will not allow me to return anything. It's kind of annoying because twice now, I was given the breakfast stuffed sandwich. It has ham in it and I don't eat pork. Good luck with your center.

I can understand they wont take it back to re-use. But they wont even give you a credit? That doesn't seem fair. To bad they don't make that without pork in it. It's a good tasting sandwich.
