Full Version: Feeling Great!!!

Well my weigh in was yesterday for my first week and I lost 4.4pds VERY HAPPY. This is really amazing I am looking at things so different. I worked out 3 times last week and this week my goal is 4 workouts. Yesterday I walked a mile while my kids rode thier bikes with me..before my Sunday were pretty lazy.(couching and eating all day) This morning I got up earlier than usual and did cardio before I went to work..crazy I'm so ready to go workout after work. I have not honestly ate anything I didn't like yet but I have really been reading the forums and doing different things with the food (all free foods) it really adds volume. You know how sometimes you just have this feeling and it's different than ever before well this feeling I have about my whole life changing is for real IT'S ONE OF THOSE FEELINGS and I can't wait. Good luck to everyone this week and if your thinking about going for a walk then do it...(it feels great).

WAY to go!! Keep your eyes on the goal! You are doing an amazing job..I have the same feeling and I just know this is my moment! I have never been this serious or committed to losing weight!

Thank you...Isn't it a great feeling I'm just a little nervous about the 2pd week or less or gain. I just keep telling myself that I will lose it all and don't forget that. Congrats on your loss also that is Awesome!!
