okay so excited...had a 4.9 weight loss this week..im down 33 pounds in 10 weeks, i did 4 weeks of jenny craig and then quit and went on my own, jenny was a great jump start for me, im eating every 2 hours, and keeping my portians at the right calorie count and i feel great...i can physically tell when my 2 hours are up, i actually feel hungry and my 300 calorie meals and 150 calorie snacks satisfy me and i just feel great..its now just habit, im around goodies and im able to just tell myself no, its not really even a problem saying no to the goodies at work. i have had two times in the 10 weeks where i went over 150 calories on a meal and i actually felt sick..im down almost 2 sizes in clothes and everyone at work calls me skinny and tell me im their inspiration..i actually see people trying to look at their portians...

whether on jenny or just cutting portians and calories, i think its all about your mind frame. just stay focused girls, it feels so good to feel 33 pounds thinner, 28 more pounds to meet goal. im sooooo going for the tummy tuck the minute i hit goal, making the appointment. if i keep losing the way i am i could possible hit goal by christmas..

if i can do this anyone can, just stay focused and you will feel sooo much better,
