Is there anyone out there who lost weight, went off the program, spent a few years flailing, and is back on again??? Well, I am one of those people who knows how to do this but the willpower keeps interfering. I have three children, and have lost almost seven pounds in 1 month (4.4 the first week!!!). Now, I have stalled for two weeks.. Why?? I am down an entire size and keep thinking how great that is and am not adhering to the program. Also, stress and being pulled 1,000 directions doesn't help, either..

I started at 154.6 lbs. and am holding steady at 148. My goal is 130-135. My husband is cautiously optimistic because I have done this before.. Is this sabotage?? He told me if I reach my goal, he'll take me somewhere warm. Last night, I pulled out some awesome pics of me in a bikini in Mexico when I was just out of college and weighed in that 130-135 range. I thought it might inspire me. We'll see....

What's your story? I am looking for some Jenny member support, so if you want to join me on this journey and receive support, as well, let me know!

I am right there with you. I have been on JC for two months and have only lost 5 pounds. This past week has been TERRIBLE as far as eating goes. I work for a new home sales company and most days don't have a chance to eat lunch, so I eat whatever I can get, which is usually high fat and high calories.
I am putting things into perspective and telling myself a few days off the program isn't going to kill me. So you splurged a little, who cares. Get back on it and start anew! I am trying to tell myself that, I am starting "New" tomorrow.
It is easier said than done but I am ready to lose weight successfully and I am not going to let my lack of will power beat me.

Keep your head up and believe in yourself!

So glad to know I'm not alone in this... You have lost a bunch of weight! Congratulations! Do you have any tricks or secrets you can share?? I think I'm finally waking up out of my food coma - that first week I wanted to eat my hand off!!! smile.gif DO you work out, as well?? I've been doing yoga, Body Pump, and I do cardio but not nearly enough. (My kids and I are sick right now- but that shouldn't stop me, right?)

If you're willing to share your thoughts, I'm all ears...er...... eyes!

Nope. but I lost about 80 pnds, and gained like 30 of it back..sad.gif This time I'm doing it the healthy way
