Has anyone tried her workout DVD? I bought it and I have done the 20 min beginner one twice and so I thought I would give the 40 min one a try and oh my goodness I couldn't hardly get through it...no wonder she looks so good in her bikini...just wondering what anyone else thought...WE CAN DO THIS!!

Hi! I just bought the DVD today and plan on starting it on Thursday. Adding it to my running to help tone up.

Its on sale at Target this week. I tried the basic workout and oh my am I out of shape, I couldn't even do all the things in the basic. My lower body is so sore today, when I try this again I am going to do more warmups first. I have been using walk away the pounds tapes and treadmill for last month so I thought I wouldn't have so much trouble with the basic routine but I did.

I bought the DVD on the weekend and finally got around to doing it. I put the 20 minute work out on while I walked/ran on the treadmill so I had an idea of what to expect, then I pulled out the "yoga" mat and got down to business. All I can say is wow....
Very easy to follow, and a great work out - I thought I was in shape... guess not it left me breathing hard and tired... but feeling great. I figure I will do the 20 minute work out for about two weeks, then move up to the 40 minute on in February.
