So I very frustrated right now because I started out with a two week order (received 9/23/09), that order was missing some items to begin with but I finally got it sorted out and the missing items were shipped (received 9/29/09). Then on 9/30/09 I placed a 4 week order and as of today 10/10/09, I have not received this order, however my credit card was charged as of 9/30/09. I told my Jenny Direct consultant on 10/07/09 that I did not receive my order and she indicated that she'll send a shipment out on 10/07/09, and that I should receive it on 10/09/09, that was yesterday. Since I did not receive a shipment on 10/09/09, I called the Jenny Care line today, the rep told my that their records show that my order was shipped on 10/05/09 and received on 10/06/09-BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS ORDER. Not to mention that I was home sick on 10/06/09, and their was no FedEX man/woman at my home that day and I haven't gotten any shipments but I'm out of a lot of money with nothing/no food.
I have no Jenny food left because my first order for the first two weeks has been used up. I am currently waiting for a customer service representative to call me back to sort this out. I am very aggravated and frustrated at this point. DID ANYONE ELSE HAVE A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE ? WAS IT RESOLVED SUCCESSFULLY?

did u make sure they had the right address? And if you didn't receive it, they should have insurance on it i would think to cover it?

I would contact Fed Ex asap with the tracking number. You can check online also, but would ask for proof of delivery. Maybe a new driver/sub driver or whatever. In any case I would also dispute the charge ASAP with the cc company. Its JC and Fed ex's issue, your not liable to pay for something you never received.
I hope it works out for you.

I would call ur bank and tell them what happened and they can dispute the charges, I had to do that one time, and they had it worked out in a few days, the bank worked it out for me by disputing the charges. U should not have to pay for something u did not recieve, and then I would also call as I did, Fed Ex ask them to put a tracer on it they can do that but u have to ask them too. if u do not call and ask for the tracer they do not know , to do that. I would get this straightened out as soon as U can, ur money should be put back into ur accountm if u dispute it, Give it a try it can not hurt anything, is better than just hoping it shows up. May not do that and ur still left with nothing but a less amount in ur checking or savings account where ever they took it from. Good Luck to U. if i can help please let me know Have a good day!

I've had issues with shipping in general lately. UPS for example, uses a GPS to find addresses now. They aren't always correct. The shipment was probably delivered to a neighbor or something. I'd ask around.

That Stinks, especially when the program is setup for success, and having these issue would really discourage. I don't do the Jenny direct, is there a center near you?
First I would get Fedex, JC should have given you a tracking number. That sometimes is the problem when shippers just leave package rather then get a signature. I live in apt. living, (just 5 apt.) and i have never had a problem recieving a box, but it makes me wonder what if they left it and someone took it??? who is liable?

Thank you everyone for all of the great advice, and responses. It's actually all sorted out now, after contacting my JC Consultant about my undelivered shipment, they put out a trace with FedEx. FedEx indicated that they left my package on 10/06/09 at some place with bird cages? Now my home does not have any birdcages nor does any of my neighbors that I'm aware of; so they obviously left it at the wrong address, even though I confirmed with JC like 10 times that they have and mailed my package to my correct address. JC will mail the items out to me again since this is not my fault (I don't want to think of what would have happened if FedEx did not give a good description of where they left my package, all I know is that I would have fought tooth and nail for a refund/ to have the items reshipped). So right now, I don't have any JC food, however I am trying my best to do the meal on my own option. Hopefully I will still lose a pound or two until I get my next shipment on 10/14/09 (providing that FedEx delivers it to the right address) or at least not gain any of the weight (3 lbs) that I lost back.

YAY mystery solved, and soon you'll be on your way to success!! I would be on the phone to fedex management ctr and expect something from them for all the hassle and bad delivery service. like have them pay you back for the food. And some place with bird cages....don't they know the physical address they left it at. I only say this because i have had to deal with dhl and UPS on a number of occasions tracking down packages on behalf of my boss, they have mixed up trucks, etc.... and one time it was his heart medication he was waiting for so trust me the manager of the distribution center got an earfull from me.
