I noticed that non dairy creamer is considered a limited food (1 tblsp). I use the sugar free kind and it is 15 calories per tblsp. If I use 2 tblsp in my coffee would that be considered 2 limited foods? Or do you look at the calories?

This is my first week so I'm still figuring all of this out.

Thanks :-)

I have the same question, my creamer has only 10 calories per tbs. Help please, I'm a coffee lover!!!
