I think these groupings were originally set up for people to get support for their overall goals, but I like thinking of them as stepping stones... and have moved along with my weight loss.

For the longest time, I was 'stuck' in the 40-100 group (great group of people) but longed to become an exclusive member of the ELITE 0-40 club. Who wouldn't LOVE to be over here?!?! To know that you are within striking distance of your goal... to know that this is the LAST place before goal?!?!

Well, today was my 8 month WI and I am SO happy to announce that I have done it... I have gone from having a goal of 106lbs to lose to, today, having only 39lbs to go.

THIRTY NINE POUNDS!!

I hope to be an exciting and welcome member of this group!!

See you all soon,

Hey fellow Ontarian! 70lbs is phenomenal~Congratulations!! I have 40 lbs to lose and just started JC on Saturday. I have my first weigh in tomorrow...yikes! I've enjoyed the food so far...but am worried about the Canadian bars. They seem to have a lot of calories and sodium. I've heard a good replacement would be a piece of cheese and milk or a different bar that you could buy at WalMart for less calories. I think I'll do that, although I don't mind the taste of them at all.
Let's keep each other motivated!!!! Losing weight, looking good, feeling phenomenal...it's all worth it!!!

Thanks!!

I have had a Canadian bar EVERY single day since starting on plan and it hasn't slowed my weight-loss any. I actually plan on keeping them in my diet when I am done with Jenny - I LOVE them!! Can't wait to try the new one (Cinnamon Raisin) when it comes out!

GOOD LUCK!

I'm glad the bars don't slow weight loss down. Will continue on them as they are good and filling! I had my first week weigh in and I've lost 5.4 pounds!! So happy. I know it always won't be like that but that's fine...I feel motivated and am keeping my eye on the prize.
Next week will be great!!
