I've been on the program for six weeks now, and I'm loving the food-well most of it. If I decided not eat one of the meals can I return back-and get my money back?

I don't know how every center is, but I know my center I can exchange food item or something else, in fact sometimes they tell you not to return it and they just replace it for free, at least that is what happened for me. I have a really great center and consultant. But as far as JC policy in general I have no idea, but worth asking.

FDA regs require them to throw out anything that is returned, so most centers don't do exchanges jyust because you think you might not like something.
If there is a quality control problem, they will want the item back under certain circumstances so it can be reported. There have only been a couple times when I had a problem, and then it was only broken packages, and they gave me a replacement no questions asked.

The moral of the answer to your question is simple. It's up to your center if they will take it back. And I mean that figuratively. They wall not take it in return and put it back in the system because they can't. Replacing it or giving you a credit is probably the best they will do.
Over the years I think I've only had a problem with a couple of items I didn't like. Those vegie chips definitely come to mind. I gagged on those so they gave me a credit for the following week. As a matter of fact I gagged JUST THINKING ABOUT EATING THEM. LOL

I'm confused. When you went in for your weigh in why didn't you pick and choose what you wanted before you got it home?

Ellen is right. Since we are FDA approved company, we cannot accept back unwanted items. My suggestion would be to give the food to someone else in your family/friends if they will eat it. In the event that "no one" would touch it you can always donate it to your local food drive. I'm sure there are plenty of people in the area that just needs something to eat.
