-41lbs and I can tell you NOTHING taste as good as I feel right now. It is SO worth the effort.

Cher 'e : YES...we ARE the same height! You may not remember but a while back I sent you a PM thanking YOU for sharing your before and after pics BECAUSE we are the same height you pumped ME up! Now you with reaching 170 have me re-energized and focused to be able to post that by Christmas!

Jewely: OMG....YES YES YES you are right....it DOES feel SO good. You know I had read that and heard that for y-e-a-r-s but it took a while for it to sink in but it's true...NO FOOD is worth losing this feeling.

Had to share on this board that I had to go shopping because my clothes look ....well like a mess right now! I've had several thing altered but there comes a point where you just can't alter anymore.

For the FIRST time in a long time and for the FIRST time period I shopped at:

J.Crew....too cute silk tops and in a size 12 and sweaters in a medium. I had this cute young "personal shopper" that helped me. What a difference to cry in the dressing room for joy!

Banana Republic....always wanted the fitted white signature blouse they have and I GOT IT and in a size 12 OMG...I was skipping in that store! Then I got it 40% off because of this teeny tiny lipstick stain.

Express..(probaby has been 15 years or more since i went in there) got 2 belts...size MEDIUM. I'm grateful that my waist responds to weight loss like a melting candle..hips.....s-l-o-w to go but will with these next 40


Don't get me wrong...I'm incredibly thankful for the fashions in LaneBryant. Without that store I wouldn't have had anything cute to wear for the last 10 years but to be able to "WALK THE MALL" knowing I had OPTIONS....priceless.

Okay just had to share with all of you.....I know you understand just what this means.

Hope
