Hey Jenny Craigers!
Well I just got my first box today....still feel like Im in the dark here. So I am going to start eating the program food tomorrow. Now I have two weeks of food right? (I counted and there is 14 items each so DUh...:-) So do they automatically send me another box of the same stuff before the 17th hits, or do I have to call and order? Also I bought fruits and veggies for me for this weekend, (we are RVing it) but I didnt buy any yogurts, or cottage cheeses, or nonfat cheese, or nonfat milk. So is it ok to use instead of the 1 cup of non fat milk, to use 1/2 cup of vit D milk I brought for my family out camping? Also in the books and such I rec'd it talks abouty supplments. The everyday bars have all the vitamins right? I just gave my vitamins to my neighbor, (when she came over to go "Shopping" in my pantry of items I can't eat anymore)...

Let's see, I was on JC Direct so I guess I can answer a few of your questions. You do get 14 lunches and 14 dinners for two weeks and when it's time to reorder your counselor will let you know, about a week before you get new food. I kept track of what I liked and didn't like so I could make a new order easier. You can use any milk, but whole milk will have higher calories as you can see in one of your booklets. As far as supplements, you use anytime bars OR supplements and a milk. They should have all the vitamins you need. If you need anymore help just ask, always someone here can reply to you.
