My name is Melissa and I live in Duluth, GA. I would love to join your support group. I just joined last Saturday and started the program yesterday. Once I received the food on Wednesday, I wanted to take some time to go over it all before started. I'm really excited to be on the program and hope to lose 100 pounds.

I hope you both didn't have damage from the flash floods we've had lately. At least it's not raining today, right? =)
