I need healthy ideas for lunch. I will not have access to a microwave so I won't be able to eat Jenny meals at lunch....any ideas will be appreciated!

You can have the Tuna or Chicken salad kits from JC.
Salads are good for lunch. You can combine low fat feta cheese with various types of toppings. Add a meat exchange to it. Use low fat or fat free dressing or JC's dressing.
You can make a veggie wrap using a low carb tortilla or pita pocket.
If you are on the 1200-1500 calorie plan then the following exchanges apply: 2 meat, 2 starch, 1 veggie and 1 fat.
