I asked for a refund for food I purchased and never took out of the centre, Emergency at home. Cannot buy Jenny Craig food this week. Family comes first..
They faxed my refund request to their corporate office. Now over a week has gone by and I have called the centre in which I use and they give me lip service about checking on things for me. No one ever calls me back. I know it takes 7-10 working days but come on .. seriously.. you tell a customer you are going to do something and not do it? you dont call them back.. then act like you havent a clue when they call to ask about it .. I am appaulded by the lack of caring on the part of the JC staff .. seriously they tried to say they never have to give refunds.. My #R$# I seriously cannot believe for a corporation to have such uncaring and uncustomer service minded employees.
this was an emergency .. of course they cant refund from their centre.. They arent capable of clicking a few buttons themselves and putting it back on my visa..
Now this new coming week will I be returning to Jenny? NO.. actually **** no .. its over..
Bad news.. its all about the almighty dollar.. they dont care about their customers and so called clients.. its Bull

I am really sorry you had such a bad experience.

I know the JCC's in my center have made the occasional "fat finger" mistake by adding 1 to many items or the wrong one and have credited my account. No full refund, just a credit against my next order.

Since I do not work at JC I do not know how hard it is for a full refund instead of giving someone a credit for the next round of food they need to buy. I would highly recommend you contact Jenny HQ and talk with someone at their corporate office for resolution.

heheh Kathleen. I have heard that Jenny Direct occasionally has boo boos in their orders. They are human and "fat finger" mistakes can happen at any time. Lucky for you it hasn't happened!

They don't do refunds - it has to go thru corporate. I waited 7 days for a refund for my pedometer (it came as a check - but I was waiting for it to be put back on my debit card!). Usually, if my order is wrong, they credit my account for next time.

Actually, there were 2 items missing from my order, but they credited my account immediately. I'm very lucky I haven't had any problems w/my Jenny Direct orders and/or personal consultant. Good Luck everyone!

For the money we pay, maybe they should hire people without those "fat fingers"
