Hi. I am wondering what are the different serving sizes for the various fruits. Some are obvious, but what about melons and grapes. Thanks.

Hi Annemarie - serving for melon is listed in the back of the Quick Guide to Volumetrics in the Grocery List section that you get when you register for Jenny Craig. I don't have it in front of me, but I believe grapes are not specifically listed. I consider them a "loose fruit" or berry, and I usually do a 1/2 cup serving (or more and count it also as my limited free food).

Good luck - I hope that helped!

Grape are quite high in sugar. I stick to 1/2 cup and try not to eat them too much.

1 cup of grapes = 1 fruit serving.

1 cup of grapes is a LOT of calories. There are lower calorie fruits to eat. If you eat grapes every day and are sugar sensitive like I am, you will stall your weight loss efforts.
