I am reading comments and I see the initials all the time MOMO - can anyone tell me exactly what does this stand for - sorry for asking such a stupid question.

MOMO = Meal On My Own. The guidelines for the exchange breakdowns are on the back of your Menu Planner.

DOMO = Days on my own


You will see this referenced a lot as well Same exchange rules apply.
