I read an article today saying eating more protein and bigger breakfasts actually helps you lose weight as well.
I was wondering, being on the Jenny program, if it would be okay to switch it up and have dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner?
Can someone let me know before I begin doing this? I feel eating dinner for breakfast will give me more energy throughout the day and actually make me feel more full. Also it will give me the whole dya to burn it off because it gives you muscle and muscle helps you lose fat more.
Anyones opinions please???
