I read an article today saying eating more protein and bigger breakfasts actually helps you lose weight as well.

I was wondering, being on the Jenny program, if it would be okay to switch it up and have dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner?

Can someone let me know before I begin doing this? I feel eating dinner for breakfast will give me more energy throughout the day and actually make me feel more full. Also it will give me the whole dya to burn it off because it gives you muscle and muscle helps you lose fat more.

Anyones opinions please???

Eating protien alone will not automatically make you gain muscle, but the rest sounds good. You can eat the items from your menu in any order that you like, so long as you are getting it all in by the end of the day. You need all those calories, otherwise your body will actually get rid of muscle to lower your metabolism.

To increase muscle mass, you need weight training plus adequate protien & calorie intake.

If you feel that you are tired during the day due to lack of protien, try some of the higher protien breakfasts, like the sunshine sandwich, breakfast scramble, blueberry pancakes, and the complete start cereal. That, plus a yougert or milk is usually PLENTY of protien for most peoples needs.

Hmmm.....somehow, I just couldn't see myself eating Fish N Chips or BBQ Chicken Pizza for breakfast...LOLOL...but hey, if it works for ya....go for it....whatever it takes!

I do feel the egg breakfast fill be and keep me more satisifed than the cereals or muffins. I love those.
