I have been doing Jenny Direct since April 4th and I've lost 42lbs. and have 34 more to go. For the last 2 or 3 weeks I have been struggling between 4pm and 6pm. I get home and I'm starving and I start to pick! I will take a tortilla chip or 2 or 3, a potato chip or 2, something crunchy. I want to wait to eat dinner w/the family b/c I cook for them too and I make my meal at the same time, but my HB doesn't come home till 6 or 6:30 and I cannot wait that long. I have tried drinking water, eating celery sticks, carrots, cucumbers, they don't help. I use my elipitcal for 40 mins. a day and I take a Zumba class once a week too. I have tried exercising before dinner, after dinner, both just to keep myself out of the kitchen. I do not normally have this problem and I know my metabolism is reving, but what do I do! HELP!
