Some of you may already know this, but if you put a small bos of sugar free instant vanilla (or any flavor I guess) into a 16 oz. container of fat free yogurt it gives it a wonderful pudding like consistency. I also all extra artificial sweetener - I like the blue but can use whatever you choose. I don't always want the tartness of yogurt. Someone was talking about making a parfait with yogurt and this would be perfect for that.

I'll be off to bed shortly. Have a great and healthy day tomorrow.

Oh, Thanks! I always buy the Yoplay Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Used to add honey to it and sometimes peach preserves but was at a loss what to do now. I wonder what a small dose is? Couple of tablespoons? Guess you just experiment. What a great tip.

Sorry, I should have spell checked my post. A small BOX not bas!! DUH tongue.gif I am however what we loving refer to in the South as a "dump cook". Old timers in the south rarely measure anything, we just dump some in. I did go and look and the size box I used was a 3.3 oz box of pudding mix and a 32 oz. container of yogurt. If you like sweet, be sure to add some extra artificial sweetener.

I had a serving of it this afternoon with fresh blueberries. Yum! Yum! Probably any fresh fruit you like would be good with it.
