Food cost is prett much 1.99 to 6.99, I was able to get one when I inquired at a jc center, they also will discuss with you plan pricing and how you can pay. I spend food anywhere from $75-$125 per week (the low end is only if I am encorporating some of my own meals)

I am considering joining. I would love a current price list. I am sure that will help me a lot with my decision.

you can ask at any centre for a current price list please keep in mind that if you have an older list it may not be accurate. every price list has a date on it.

i don't have a price list but i can tell you nutrisystem is cheaper - do a google search and you will find one of theose "consumer intrest news" stories that compares the price

but i believe that the one on ones make JC more useful as it makes it more than "here is a bag of food, see ya next week"

you can ask for a current price lit at any location. speaking from experience (i did nutrisystem and jenny craig) nutrisystem is cheaper, but not by all that much plus they have you on automatic shipments that come with 4 weeks of food whether you need all the items or not. also, you get what you pay for.. mcdonalds is cheaper than tavern on the green........

I think an easy way for you to figure this is plan on spending about $15-20/day on JC food, plus whatever you buy at the grocery store for your fruits, vegetables and milk.

This really is not bad when you start adding up all you spend currently on sodas, fast food, dining out, or whatever. I did that and I was spending more on all the junk than I realized. JC is actually saving me money.

By the way, anyone considering Nutrisystem over JC, think again. I tried Nutrisystem and didn't even make it through one day because their food was so awful. I was hesitant to try JC for that reason. But I have to tell you, after 1 week on JC, I like almost everything I've had. There have only been about 3 items (Turkey Burger, Swedish Meatballs and Stuffed Breakfast Sandwich) that I won't get again. But that's OK, there are plenty of items to take their place.

If you're serious about losing weight, think of this as investment in yourself and your health!

The food is very expensive. Plan on spending between 100-118 per week. I can't say it all tastes great. Maybe others can comment.

I am on week 3 and have consistently spent 130-135 per week -- I do not do the soupetizers either!!! When I first signed up they told me about 115 per week and believe me, it has NEVER been that yet! The only positive thing is that the food is really good!

Hey...I'm another newbie. I haven't started yet and I'm nervous about the cost since I have a budget set. I also have a few stomach issues but I'm willing to overlook them for the sake of my well being and my relationship with my spouse. My mom was on JC years ago and said it costs a lot but I am willing to try anything to make myself feel and look better before the summer months.
