We have having extreme temps for my area south of Seattle. My consultant suggested I try making a parfait for breakfast. Felt and tasted like such a treat. in a glass mug, I layered nonfat plain yogurt, then raspberries and blueberries and a few wedges of the frozen muffin. Repeat the layers and eat while everything is still cool from the refrigerator. Best use of blueberry muffin for me, very filling and tastes wonderful.
This I will try for breakfast tomorrow, sounds wonderful - thanks!
