has anyone tried this cookbook, I made my halfway mark today, need new food, same old same old food, never changes, helpppppppppp

I got Barbara Rollins' Volumetrics cookbook out of the library and it looks great. I am not at halfway yet though so haven't tried the recipes but am looking forward to later.

I suspect it is many of the same recipes as in the JC volumetrics as most of the photos of examples of volumetrics on the JC website are in Barbara Rollins' book.

I also notice some of the recipes in her book are similar to JC entrees.

Okay, I thumbed through the volumetrics book at JC the other day and it is in fact all the same recipes as Barbara Rollins book. You may want to see if they have it at the library and then you can have a good look at it and try the recipes before buying.

I have not tried any yet because I'm not yet halfway. They do look good.
