Congrats on the 11 lb loss, that's great!!! First and foremost, drink lots of water and volumize your meals ... add in lots of veggies. I usually have a salad with each lunch and dinner - a great filler and crunchy!
My preferred breakfast on my own is Bran Flakes, add in some raisins or 1/2 a banana and 1% milk. I will switch the cereals around a bit, usually Bran Flakes or Special K, sometimes Cherrios. I just checked the nutritional info and tried to get close to the JC Complete Start.
For options on the morning snack or bar, I replaced the JC bar with Slim Fast meal replacement bars - they are pretty close nutritionally.
Evening desserts - I go with Thinsations or Skinny Cow ice cream - they are only 100 calories and the JC Chocolate Cheesecake is 150 cal. The Thinsations are good, especially if you are travelling around shopping or just having in your bag in case you get a little hungry.

Great thanks! I also like the Fiber 1 cereal but I never thought about adding raisins and banana ACTUALLY my JCC says no bananas! This is why at times I'm so confused one says don't another persona says sure go ahead. My sister's advice is simply try another consultant but I really like the one I have it's just I don't alot of suggestions on what I'm asking her for and it becomes frustrating and I jsut want to give up! I'm down 14 pounds lighter than before so I should be a bit ecstatic...LOL....Once again thanks!
