Hi there --
I am re-starting JC myself after a while off. Hang in there with the program; it is a little challenging for us vegetarians after the first couple of weeks, because of the limited food selection.
Coping strategies include leveraging as much variety as possible across the breakfast and snack parts of the menus, where we have the most choices.
Second, make sure the veggie, salad, and fruit choices also are creative.
Thirdly, adding spices to the JC lunch and dinner selections (think: chili power, curry, basil, black pepper, etc.) can change the flavors quite a lot -- and generate a 'new' dish.
Fourth, start sprinkling in 'meals on my own' when the menus start getting offensively repetitive, even if you have yet to reach the halfway point: it is better to strike out on your own, than to abandon the program due to boredom!
I aim to follow the above advice myself, as I get re-started here and need to lose 40 pounds.
Best wishes in your journey!
