So here I go. My food is arriving today, but I've already started thanks to a friend with a freezer full of JC food. But I've found that trying to find the "rules" and substitutions on the website, or just the general layout of how many snacks/milks, what counts as either of those, etc.... really difficult.

The thing is I don't drink milk. As on Weight Watchers, I am hoping to substitute milk servings for things like NF yogurt, string cheese or hopefully even those no sugar-added 60 calorie fudgsicles. I have located the grocery list, but it seems to have a very limited list of subs.

I did find the free food list and the optional calories or whatever they're called, but not dairy subs.

Am I missing the right place on the site? I'm very internet savvy and don't like having lots of paper around, so I'd really like to find all the basics in here somewhere!!

Oh, and HI!!!

So I just called and even the jennycare woman who answered didn't know any other milk subs besides what's listed under "dairy" and advised me that my consultant would be able to tell me tomorrow. But I want to know today! I see now that yogurt is on the list, but ehat about NF or LF cottage cheese? Ricotta cheese? This makes no sense to me.
