Full Version: I DONT FEEL LIKE EXERCISING

OMG!!! I just did three loads of laundry and I have been up since 5:45 AM. I AM HUNGRY since I had my breakfast at 6:30 AM and its now 9:26 AM. I need to go to the gym because well i need to get fit. Ive been on jenny 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs. Thats good but i want to loose more weight faster and the only way to do that is to jog on that treadmill. I rather just crawl back to bed and sleep. But I wont.

Actually, you won't notice losing weight faster with harder workouts. If it takes eating 3200 calories more than your body needs to gain a pound, you have to burn 3200 calories in order to lose it. I work out 7 days a week for 1 hour each day. I burn around 300 calories each day in exercise, so it would take me 10 days to exercise off a pound.

Exercising will keep you healthy and fit but it is not the only source of losing the weight. Calorie reduction along with exercise is what works.

I know I am a bummer. Now go to the gym for your workout!

i didi go to the gym after all i had a any time bar to stop the hunger and than i pounded on that threadmil for 90 mins. and i feel grrrrrreat.
