I rejoined JC on July 7th - the first week I asked for their pre-planned menu and the cost was $150; The second & third week was around $135; I asked for a price list and my JCC provided me with the list of each food item and the cost - so this is available all you have to do is ask.

Anyone needing to lose 40+ lbs? I need all the support I can get. I'm having a hard time trying to fit in exercise and getting pretty tired of the treadmill.

Good luck to all

Hey there, I'm with ya. My schedule makes it hard to squeeze it in. But, I've just started breaking it up each day. I used to think that I had to do it all at one time to get my metabolism up but was I WRONG. Splitting exercise up into smaller amounts throughout the day actually keeps the metabolism going at a higher rate for a longer time. So, today I took a 15 minute walk before work and squeezed in 30 minutes on the treadmill this afternoon. I'm finding that I don't dread it if I can do shorter more frequent intervals. We'll see how this works. Good luck, and let us know what works out for you.

Hi there! I just joined last week and I have approx. 70 pounds to lose. I think their food is pricey; however, I tried Nutrisystem and I didn't like their food at all. I believe in the long run that I will spend less money on the program compared to all of the money I spent on fast food and junk food and eating out. Hang in there - I think the hardest part is just getting started.
