I was not crazy about the cubes of fake meat in with the rice, but the potstickers themselves were great.
I sauteed the whole thing in a big wok with some mushrooms, broccoli, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and srirachi asian chili sauce. Yummy!
And it is easily the most filling meal I've had so far. Mind you I used a whole package of mushrooms. I may have over-volumized. It took me an hour to eat it as I had to take breaks LOL. I was going to put some away and have it later tonight but I was too lazy to do that and I still have a fruit and a cookie for later.
