I really thought Jenny might have a sample weekly menu for vegetarians online, but since they don't, does anyone want to share some that work well for them?

Hey Lost Veggie,
I am a JC consultant in South FL, and I am also a Veggie.
I am on 1500 cal due to my activity level.
Bfast
French toast
BB pancakes
Maple Nut hot cereal
Triple grain crisps-volumized from the Creative recipes for summer and spring with marshmellow
Frosted oats cereal with yummy silk vanilla soy milk and blueberries
Complete start cereal- high in fiber
BB muffin with coffee
Lunch
Broc and cheese potato with sauteed spinach with garlic
Personal Pizza with soy (veggie) pepperoni use up to enough to be 35 cal for one lean meat serving
Cheesy Enchilada topped with with salsa over a salad
Pesto Pizaa with a low fat cheese stick spread over the top
Broc and cheese potato (again) smushed in a salad with extra veggies
Personal pizza with hot sauce
Dinner
Mac and cheese with broc mixed in the cheese from the mac and cheese
Cheese Ravioli with steamed spinach with garlic
Lasagana
Penne pasta with cauliflow and grlic (again)
Rising crust pizza
pasta fagioli with canned carrots rinsed
Penne pasta again

I am not really a fan of cheese & dairy either, so I tend to eat the same stuff all the time, but I don't mind it.
For breakfast, I usually have either the Triple Grain Crisps or 1/2 cup of plain old-fashioned Quaker Oatmeal with 1 cup of fresh fruit.
Lunch-Mon, Wed, Fri I have either the Pesto Pizza or Personal Pizza with tons of veggies on top ( usually broccoli, but sometime mushrooms, onions, peppers, eggplant whatever I have available) then Tues & Thurs I have the Cheesy Enchilada over veggies (also usually broccoli..I love broccoli) with salsa & some hot sauce. Sat & Sun, I have a vegan Boca Burger on light whole wheat hamburger bun.
Dinners- Mon- I make fajita's minus the chicken & add mushroom onions & pepper to make veggie fajitas. Wed I have the lasagne and the rest of the week I have the Pasta Fagioli over a bed of spinach.
