So, I was just wondering......
When I joined Jenny Craig, I listed my goal weight as 135. I have been carrying all the extra weight since I had my first child 15 years ago!!! I was 140 when I got pregnant. (And I actually thought I was FAT)!!!!! Crazy!
Anyway, so I figured 135 was a nice number to go with.
Now that I am losing, I am starting to wonder if I even want to get down to 135. I mean, I was 140 pounds at 18 years old! It really isn't just an excuse to give up early....I still have a long way to go. I just wonder if I get down to 145-150, will that be enough? The thought of being that weight right now sounds good to me!
Plus, even if my body will get down to 135, can I maintain that weight?
Has anyone started this journey, and decided there weight loss goal was too low??????
