When I was at the grocery yesterday I came across a box of packaged dried fruits. They are in 90 calorie packs and are a fruit serving. There is a tropical one, a mixed fruit, and a berry medley and then a combination of the three. I had the berry medley today and it was yummy! It has dried blueberries, cranberries, cherries, and yellow raisins. I love fruit snacks so I thought this was the perfect little snack when I wanted something sweet in the afternoon besides just a piece of fruit. I just read on the package that there is some sugar in it but not much. They are made by Welch's, give them a try!

Hi dried fruit is good for a change of pace, but be careful of your serving size usually your fruit serving is about 60 cals so you you have added 30 extra calories with a 90 cal fruit serving. Just an FYI, I want you to stay successful.
