I'm from Overland Park and actually just started a job at the Jenny Centre here in town. I'm in my 13th week and am loving it. I'd love to be online buddies with you both!!

I'm a married mom to 4 teens and 4 ages 4 and under. I have had 2 gains while on the program, but sooo my fault, I made bad choices and have a hard time not turning to food, when I get mad. I'm so an emotional eater, but I'm dealing better, plus I've stopped rewarding my losses, with food...duh, go figure, right??

I have just finished my first week being on JC and not sure that I have lost any weight.. but I am not giving up...

I have 4 children ages 19, 15, 13 and 10. I work for an attorney and my family and i own a small farm.

I've actually started working at the center here in Overland Park, it really keeps me in check, but I get hungry being around all that food.

Hello Kansas Friends! I am on day 33 of Jenny (I do not know why I began my count in days rather than weeks but I did ... ) and I am lovin' the food and the plan. I am in Wichita - I wish I could find someone down this way to join in a Kansas support group online.

Sheila, I think your weight loss has been outstanding! I know that sometimes people will post on here tht they do not like to have a JC employee be on the plan or over weight themselves but I feel exactly the opposite. Who can better understand how difficult it is to even walk thru the door at 300+ pounds not believing they can find success than a person who actually has been there - recently! Who better to be sensitive to the emotionally fragile extremely weight challenged person?

I am so proud of you and respect the JC center for hiring you. Keep up the good work.

I am at Fort Riley too! I get my food tomorrow and I am ready to start! How are things going for you? I had to wait to start because of medical conditions, but now I have the okay to start and I am so excited. How much weight do you have to lose? I have 100 plus to lose. My husband is deployed right now and I have two girls. One is two and the other is 7 months. So, I have my hands full.
