I am not a fan .. The sauce was bland - the meat tasted ok but I think plenty of other better options (at least from what I can tell after week 1)!
Any other thoughts? Advice on how to improve?
This is actually one of my favorite meals, but it can get a little monotonous.
My favorite thing to do is easy: add a Tbsp. of your favorite BBQ or Steak Sauce. I love Country Bob's Sauce and think it's great just added on top.
I think you could also try salsa or fresh tomatoes/fat free feta. Maybe add some green onions or chives? Or what about all american style (almost like a burger) with chopped onion, pickle, ketchup, and a little mustard?
And I believe someone else suggested a spoonful of fat free sour cream, more mushrooms, and fresh ground pepper.
