I just finished week 1 (yeah - 2.5 lbs lost)!

In looking at the menus for the rest of the month, I noticed a few items that are not on the menu but noted as a food item. EX: Pancakes & Veggie Sausage (B/F), Creamy Potato Soup (L), Garden Vegatable Soup (L), Homestyle Chicken & Noddles (L), Spiniach & Cheese Tortellini (L), Cheese Ravioli (D), Lentiles with Beef (D), Mesquite Chicken (D).

Is that because they are not making these items anymore?

They are 'retiring' the following food products:

Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
Chili Con Carne
Chocolate Chip Bites
Chocolate Graham Twists
Creamy Potato Soup
Garden Vegetable Soup
Homestyle Chicken with Noodles
Iced Gingerbread Cookies
Italian Wedding Soup
Mesquite Chicken
Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup
Pancakes & Veggie Sausage
Popcorn
Sourdough Bites
Spinach & Cheese Tortellini
Szechwan Pork
Toffee Bites

They are not, to my knowledge, retiring Cheese Ravioli or Lentils with Beef. I just checked all four planned weeks, and you're right, they're not on there...which I hadn't noticed before! Weird. But, they're not going away yet.

Of the items that are being retired, your centre may be out of certain items at this point. For instance, my centre is out of gumbo, chili, chocolate chip bites, tortellini and pancakes. We may get a freak shipment, but otherwise, that's it for us selling those items. Hope that helps!
