Anyone have anything creative to do with pineapple? I have a fruit and a JC dessert left. Thanks!

I've used a pineapple cup/one serving of pineapple (drained off juice) and add to:
a JC Lemon Cake (tastes like pineapple upsidedown cake!)
or
add/mix into a vanilla SF yogurt (VERY dessert-like!)
or
bullet/blender with FF milk and a few ice cubes (a frozen treat!)
or
saute and mix into the oriental JC dinners or into stir fry free veggies
or
grill pineapple slices and have on top of grilled chicken (a MOMO)

I thought of this the other day but havent tried it yet. So my favorite pizza is papa johns bbq chicken hawiian pizza. So I was thinking of taking the turkey burger and grilling it, grilling some pineapple rings and onions and then using the bbq sauce that comes with the burger. I think it should be a fun way to add some pizaz to the burger.
