Ugh, not looking forward to my weigh in this week.

I had two major events this week, both of which involved copious amounts of food and alcohol. Then to top it off, last night I went out with some people from work, ended up doing some tequila shots, which wouldn't have been bad in and of itself (ok, it still would have been bad, I admit), but I think the main problem was going out and eating pizza afterwards.

I've been fairly on track with exercise this week, but I really don't know how much I'll have gained as a result. I'm kind of ok with it though, as I wouldn't have wanted to miss the events this week, and they were pretty much food centered, though I'm not happy with eating the pizza last night.

Summer is going to be hard.

this weekend i got drunk and ate half a tub of spinach dip, as well as various other "non jenny" foods. it was a special occasion, so i know the whole summer won't be like that....but.......i hear ya!

Yup, totally off track today myself. Went fishing again and hubby stopped at Dairy Queen on the way home again. This time I accounted for the calories in a small DQ Blizzard by not eating lunch, but then we got home late and I ordered pizza for the boys and ended up eating a piece instead of my Jenny dinner. Plus no exercise today.

Lets all cross our fingers that we have done so well so far that we squeek by with a tiny loss and not a gain.

Hey life happens, we gotta have fun sometimes right???

Just need to vent... I've had a rough couple of days ~ haven't been able to get out of my daughters fruit loops and peanut butter. I'm not sure how I got so off track ~ no exercising and lots of snacking. Down 71.2 pounds total but can't seem to get back on track today. HELP!! I've come so far ~ Some days are like that ~ just need to refocus and get back on track. Ugggh! I can do this!

Just start afresh. After my Blizzard and pizza fiasco, I weighed a pound more this morning on my home scale, so I amped up my workout tonight. I weigh in tomorrow and hopefully I can repair the damage I've done. I know life gets in the way, but both were quite unhealthy choices I made and I have to try to keep on track with the healthier options.

Next week will be great!!!!

Was the moon full this past weekend or something? Man, the weekends are really hard! I am glad to know i am not alone in this! Sunday started off well, but my husband and i went to an afternoon concert ( loverly ) and shared two small 3 oz. adult beverages then went out to dinner ( planned ). I ate the correct choices ( brought some back home in a box for hubbies lunch today) except for one more adult beverage (unshared) and a bottle of wine ( shared ). I told my husband not to order that wine! But he didnt twist my arm and make me drink it!!! lol We took a nice long dinner - over two hours at a little table for two... - very wonderful and relaxing but the scales were up this morning! Why am i surprized? Well, trying to up the exercise next two days and drinking loads of water. I am only 2 pounds from my "20 pounds in 10 weeks" goal - why did i do this? Well, i still feel very new to all this -its all a learning process for me.....OK- I forgive Myself (well, still a little mad at myself for over indulgence ) and now back on plan today. Moving on.......and yes, i do blame the vino!!! I'll take my WI on weds......and accept it what ever it is......thanks for sharing, everyone!
