I'm getting my food tomorrow so starting on Thursday. I'm looking for advice from all as I have tried nutisystem (found the food awful) and WW over the years. I have watched my weight remain the same since having my son 2 yrs ago - no more blaming on baby weight. Trying to get back to below pre-pregnancy weight - goal of 30 lbs. If exercising about 5 days, following the plan, is it safe to assume 2 lbs/week? I love to eat out but set a goal of nothing off the plan until 20 lbs down - is that realistic?

Hi, I just completed my third week with JC. I am down 12 lbs but every "body" is different and we all lose at different amounts. What I am finding for myself is to stick to the plan. I eat all of JC foods except for the soupatizers, I make my own and pop it in the freezer in single portions for times that I need that extra before dinner. I don't use it every day, some days I am just a bit more hunry. I try to get in as much liquid as I can. I started from day one on the Personalized Menu because I am very picky and I found that by doing that I am very satisfied with my food. Use this board to help with the emotional issues that come up around food and the chat feature is great too for motivation. Just know that we are all in the same shoes and good luck to you. deb

Hello,
I just signed up last night and will not receive my food till next Tuesday. I'm excited, i have lost weight before with LA weight loss but this last year has been tough and i have gained almost all of it back. I'm excited for the support and great food. I'm looking to lose 40lbs possibly more...

Lets all keep supporting each other...we can all do it.

Count on about a pound a week. Really it depends on your metabolism and how many calories you are on a day.
