Your wgt lose is awesome. My problem was that I was getting sick of the food. I had lost 13 lbs and felt great. Then started gaining and quit. Of course now I am fustrated because I gained wgt and thensome. I do beleive that Jenny has an awesome program. I am just lost right now. If I could loose 20lbs in 10 wks I just might go to the beach !
Congrats to you.
P.S. Fish and Chips was good.

They are my favorite. I thaw them in the microwave, put the fries in the oven to crisp, and put the fish in a small pan with some pam to crisp it up. Add some carrot fries, and you have heaven!

The fish and chips are excellent. I miss having french fries and it's the best replacement to fill that urge for greasy food!

Fish and Chips are my favorite JC meal! I heat them up for about 3 minutes in the microwave, then I put the fish under the broiler on each side for a few minutes to crisp them up. Then I mix some ketchup and a little lite mayo for dipping....yummy!!!!!! I eat this at least twice a week!

I am on week 5 and I really enjoy the fish and chips as well. You just have to get use to the small servings. I make a huge delicious cole slaw to have with them.

I have only had them twice and hated it both times. But the first time was only done in the microwave...and the second time I don't think it was baked long enough. This thread has just made me decide to try it again this week!

I eat it at least twice a week but always baked in the oven. I turn everything over after 15 minutes in the oven and then turn my oven up to 375 for the last 15 minutes. Everything gets crunchy. Then I pound my packet of malt vinegar over the whole plate. Yum!

Yum! I am going to have to try this. My consultant seemed less than favorable about the fish and chips but hearing from you all, they sound great if prepared in the oven. Thanks for the tip!

You definitely have to either bake or sautee them. I've done both and they are really good that way. I hate the malt vinegar, so I use Cocktail sauce and I love them!

Just gave the fish and chips a third try...and I loved it this time!!! Everyone had good input on how to cook it...the package directions need some reworking if you ask me.

I love the fish and chips! I actually throw away the chips, and steam two small corn tortillas and add the fish, some cabbage and salsa and jennys ranch dressing. Makes awesome fish tacos.
