Hey you guys, is anyone using this?
i think its ok, but i was wondering if anyone knows if there are any other work-out dvds, that use that same cord.
i get bored of the same ol routine, and would like a new dvd, but ive looked and can't find anything.
that sucks, because there are a tone of workouts with the bands and stuff, there should be some more with the reformer cord.
also, it hurts my wrist when she tells me to wrap it around....i have just done it once, and that was yesterday, so i will do it again today, and see if it feels any better...
what do you guys think about it?

I bought it my my Centre. Confessing I have not used it diligently. I do like how it works and feels. And yes, I was amazed at such a good work out doing relatively small, concentrated moves.
I imagine you could improvise- do all the printed "exercise band" type exercises our there- fitness.com, Shape Magazine, etc. and just use the reformer cord.
Meanwhile, I need to get mine off the closet floor and actually put it to use! Geesh. I'm STILL a sucker for exercise "gadgets". I could open a mini-gym with the gadgets, videos, dvds...ugh!
