I noticed that 1 milk exchange is "yogurt, fat-free, light (sugar-free)......(1 container/6 oz)".
My husband and I have been on the plan for 6 weeks now and have only found nonfat yogurts. They are very tasty and mix well with fruits. No problem there; it is actually one of our fave treats! However, I cannot find a sugar free yogurt anywhere. Does such a product exist? If so, what brand is it and which supermarkets stock these?
Thanks!

I am not sure you will find a completely sugar free yogurt since milk has natural sugar in it.
Go for Fat free or the Low fat/low sugar yogurt. Low sugar meaning the company didn't load it down with sweeteners or corn syrup. I think the lowest out there on the market right now is around 60 calories. It is produced by Dannon and comes in a variety of flavors. Light and fit is the brand.
Beware of the "light" in the brand name, because it does not mean sugar free. It just means it has less sugar than normal.

Yes, tons of them: Yoplait light is one. Blue Bunny Light. Weight Watchers. Walmart Light brand. Dannon light and tasty...All fat free sugar free. 80-110 calories per...the non sugar free yogurts will have like 140-200 calories per.

Thanks! I have Yoplait light in my fridge now and I noticed high fructose corn syrup is an ingredient (ie sugar). I will check out the Danon brand yogurts! I learned that I can have one milk and the multi vitamins instead of the anytime bar, so I am excited to incorporate yogurt again!

"SOURCE " yogurt, is only 35 calories per serving. It comes in different flavors and it REALLY REALLY GOOD !
You can buy it pretty much any where Wal-Mart, Safeway etc... ( in Canada not sure about the US ) but I would think you would be able to get it there. Ohh and it is no aspratame either.

I understand the concern for added sugars such as corn syrup high frutcose but has anyone bothered to read the ingredients in JC foods....I am doing JC and enjoy the foods but noticed that they are full of this stuff. Even the stuffed bake tater has corn syrup.....

The yogurt that you choose does not have to be sugar free. you can have either light yogurt, non-fat yogurt or sugar free yogurt. I prefer Yoplait light. Dannon makes a yogurt that is low in sugar, but I don't really care for it. If you are eating Yoplait, light/fat-free than you are fine.

I've gotten into Greek yogurt. Minimal calories, minimal sugar, and high on the protein.
