Finding me again

I've lost 13 pounds and am starting my 5th week today. This has been super easy for me so far but today I am absolutely craving some REAL food like a big juicy steak. I've already eaten my JC Dinner and it is only 7 pm. I know I am going to go crazy for the rest of the evening. Its too darn hot to go out for a walk--I think it is about 90 outside and incredibly humid....Somebody give me some words of encouragement to keep me on track. ARGGGGHHHHH!!!

Find something else to occupy your mind, QUICK!!! You know you're not really hungry, you just have the munchies. Do you really want to blow your success? Read your success made simple guide if nothing else, but find something to do to get your mind off food, especially what you can't have right now. Good luck & stay strong.
