I am trying to try every food once but what do you do for your meal if you utterly hate the food? This has happened twice now for me the first time (Beef with mashed potatoes) we went to KFC instead and I had a grilled chicken breast side salad and some baked beans (I know not the best option but its where my finance wanted to go) and the second time (Sweet and Sour Chicken) I just ate everything I was supposed to eat then added extra veggie to fill me up. Any suggestions on what to eat if you hate the food?

Buy some extra entrées - just keep a few on hand, if you run into this problem, again. After a few weeks, you'll tried almost everything, so you'll hopefully only have on hand the things you like.

(hate is such a strong word, isn't it?)

I have the same problem. I am picky (wish I wasn't) and it gets me into Jenny trouble on occasion. I usually just throw out the stuff I don't like, and just eat vegetables and salad. Not the best for nutrition, but I am too gun shy at that point to try anything else. If I'm throwing out meat, I will eat a little bit of low fat cheese to get some protein.

It's hard when you wind up throwing stuff out. I am right now at the point where I am repeating the same three dinners most of the time. Same with the lunches.

I wish I had a hoover appetite where I would just eat anything! It would make it easier..

there is a very simple solution. If you find you absolutely hate something NEVER order it again. By the way, I hated the beef & mashed potatoes, too! I wish I had thought of a good alternative like you did.
