Hi everyone,
I love to walk outdoors, especially now that it's getting nice outside in NY, but despite the 1,700 songs on my Ipod, I'm getting a little bored, and I wanted to know from everyone:
When you are working out and need a great motivating song, what's your "go to" song that really gets you moving?
I'm talking anything, classical, pop, metal, hip hop, whatever just makes you want to go further, faster, and really tear it up! Thanks for the suggestions!!

I like Pat benatar (sp?), the soundtrack to footloose, lol and the first meatloaf album (this really dates me, ol)...

I don't know about you, but when I have a awesome workout soundtrack I am that much more excited to go and do it. I just added The Rolling Stones Satisfaction

I walk to curves music. You can buy cd's at FitnessAV.com . There is all kinds of music set to 140 beats per min. Keeps me moving.
