I did this yesterday for the first time. It kicked my butt at level 1 but I stuck with it! Have any of you stuck with this for the 30 days?

I did it for 5 days last week (level 1), and it was easier by Friday. This week the weather has been wonderful, so I've been outside running again. I'm hoping to get back to it! Let me know how you make out. (My inner thighs were SCREAMING by the end of the week!

I know several people that have been doing it faithfully. They say the workout is fantastic and it kicks their butt!
If I wasn't already pre-paid with a trainer, I might consider doing it too!

OMG-I really feel it in my legs today after only doing this twice. Before this, I have gone to the gym 4-5 days a week but have never felt like this! I guess I wasn't working hard enough.

Prior to breaking my foot and spraining my ankle last November, I did this workout pretty regularly. I had several coworkers notice the change, even though the number on my scale didn't budge that much.
It really kicked my butt and my clothes were fitting quite a bit looser!

I've been researching this and it seems great and it's a whole lot cheaper than a personal trainer-but you get the benefit of a personal trainer! I love Jillian on Biggest Loser and think I will purchase the DVD this weekend. I really want to look good in bathing suit by July!

I did the 30 Day Shred for the first time today. I felt a little wiped out afterward, but no real extreme soreness yet. I modified the movements when possible. I'm a soon to be 47 year old who really wants to make it through the 30 days, even if I taken it slower than most at first. It will be interesting to see what this exercise work out does to my weight loss!
Anybody elese currently doing the 30 Day Shred? I'd love to hear about your experiences!

Has anyone done the 30-Day Shred for more than a week? I've only stuck with it about a week at a time, so each time I feel like I'm starting over. Has anyone moved on to the second level? I've watched them all to see how they're different, but the first level still kicks my butt!

So i just found out that Jillian Michaels released some new quick routines going anywhere from 2 to 5 mins, each focusing on different areas of the body or full body workout. She named it the Slimdown and its an addition to the 30 day shred but its free! I got it at:
http://www.clearspring.com/widgets/4a6f4a5...&flv=cat%3dIve been using it for a week and Ive managed to lose 3 lbs but has anyone else used this Slimdown Widget from Jillian Michaels and how much have you lost?
Looking to lose 15lbs more, need support!

I love this dvd! i definitely recommend it, especially for people who are finding it hard to squeeze in their daily workouts. i did the program once when I wasn't dieting, and only lost about 5-7 pounds but definitely got more toned. however, now that I'm on Jenny craig, I decided to redo the program, and I've found its a really efficient way to get my workouts in! i love that its only 30 minutes long. I'm glad to hear others have gotten good results with it too. I'm going to try and stick it out for the full 30 days (I'm on level 2 now) and then maybe move on to her other workouts. good luck everyone!!

I just started the 30 day Shread. I am starting day 4 tomorrow. Boy is it ever hard! I am so sore! But, it's a good sore. I'm really scared though to try level 2 since I'm finding level 1 so hard. I'm hoping to stick with it for the whole 30 days. Wish me luck!

it is awesome and addicting, I haven't done it in a long time, but when I did I had to modify some of it because of apartment living can't do all that jumping jacks, jumping around I know I wouldn't appreciate if a neighbor was above me doing that...LOL, so I would get on gazell or mini tramp to get the cario portion done! I've been doing gruelling gym workouts but I should go back to the shred just to add some variety.
Way to go those sticking with it consistently for 30 days!!!

Hey all! I just started using the 30 Day Shred also and I'm just wondering if we're supposed to use it EVERY DAY? If Jillian claims that we'll be "shredded" in 30 days I suppose we are not allowed a day off!
