I got a rebounder (mini trampoline) 3 weeks ago and have seen a jump in my weigh loss!! (from 1/2 to 1 per week to 2-4)

I bought a good model (Needak) and I'm really glad I did. I have heard that the cheapies will shake the pictures off the walls and that people don't enjoy using them as much and either:
a. quit using it and throwing it away
or
b. throw it away and buy a better model

I thought I'd save $50 and go straight to the good one.

How I use it: I just bounce or jog for 2-10 minutes at a time, 3 or 4 times a day. I really enjoy it! It came with a DVD which I have done once---starts with pilates & stretching and goes to full aerobic routine---which was fun, but a little too much for me at this point.

So, if you have been thinking about a rebounder, I say go for it!! It's fun and there are a variety of ways to use it! It's like a mini-gym!

I just got my rebounder yesterday!! How is it going with yours? It's been a while since you posted on this topic, I was excited to see someone else using a rebounder. Lisa
