I love the program. I've lost 60 pounds. 30 to go. But, suddenly I'm feeling my old habits creep back into my life. You know, sitting down with a bag of M&Ms and eating the whole thing. Wanting to eat all of my JC snacks the day I get my shipment. How do I turn off those old rotten habits?

you can not just turn them off. You need to learn new ones.
One thing I love to eat as a fruit serving is an apple. I slice is in thin slices then sprinkle it with cinnamon and put it in the microwave for about 30 sec. Then it smells like apple pie

Hi: I am a newbie too and must lose weight. It is going to hard but am trying to subsitute the "bad" things with "good" things. Like a piece of fruit or a mini salad. I do find that having a cup of tea or coffee (decaf for me) really helps. I use Soya - Silk instead of milk and it sweetens up the cuppa and makes it more like a sweet treat for me.
