I know that the program in not cheap, know that is cost. I have seen the old price list and just wanting an update pricelist. I ask my JCC for one and was told that she didn't even know what the price are, but later on in our meeting she told my the JC splash are 3.49.

My program comment is giving people that sign up (pay JC 299. for a program) a price list. It is not like I'm going to stop buying the food. I have already gave you 300 for my money, i'm not leaving just because the Beef chow mien $5.49.

I know JC in the business of sell, but when I was told that I can't have a list, I felt like I was in a used car saleman office. I don't like that felling, especial when I giving JC 400.00 a month.

A pricelist, would help.

Or if someone would email me a list.
Thank you for you help and understanding!

I agree. I think there should be no issues in giving a price list. Even if prices change a bit, it still helps to know in general the less expensive items for the tight budget weeks. I think it should be included in the Menu Planner hand out. As you said, it would not make me leave to see the prices. It would just help with budget planning.

when you get your food there should be prices on there. when you buy the whole days worth of food it comes to 15-18 dollars a day. when you sub food they charge you extra. they say they don't but I added it up and they do.

muffin and cereal are like 2.29 each some dinners are between six and seven dollars salmon most pricy. they make all their money on food. I did like some but others i did not. I am so tired of boxed food one reason why i quite. i would try this websight sparkspeople.com everything free. plus jenny consultants do not know much about food only what they are taught. I felt like i was talking to a manual each week.

Every week when I buy my food I get a list of the items I purchased and the cost of each item. I haven't asked for a price list but now that I've been on program for 5 weeks I have the cost of most of the items. Do you have your receipt?

I just get an itemized list and a total too. I have asked a few times and they are very vague. I will not stop either, but I might opt out of a few. It DOES NOT cost $15-17 a day either. Mine is 19-21 a day and I am on the 1500 cal. diet. It is funny though how one week is 140 and the next is 120. ???

Wow, that's not my experience at all. I go to the Cupertino CA center and they have the food list tablets sitting right out there when you walk in and will give you some to take home if you like so you can have it ready when you come in. The prices are posted on there. I've never seen a food list without prices. Are you going off the pre-planned menus?

What we have is called the Master Order form. The new one is a legal sized, double-sided pad of tear sheets that lists all the food choices AND THEIR PRICES on one side and program and product information and prices on the other side. I'm sure that many JCCs just fill this out for clients, but in our center, they are there for the client's use. Just tell them you want one. The latest sheets with the new food items are white with green printing.

Let us know how you make out!

LOL. you are mistaken. Different food items cost different amounts. there is no "charge" to "sub" out foods from the pre-planned menu.
