I used to hula hoop a lot when I was a bit thinner with large adult sized hula hoops. I finally decided it was time to start doing this again. I went to a class yesterday to learn some new moves/tricks. I am so sore today (in a good way) I think it must be very good for core strength and body awareness. Plus it always motivates me to want to be stronger and more creative. Check it out!
